2018-2019 Skoda company begins taking orders for “off-road” version of the versatile Octavia Scout in Russia.
The vehicle demonstrated at the Motor Show in Moscow , estimated at 1.247 million rubles for the base version.
In the engine compartment Octavia Scout is working 1.8-liter 180-hp turbo engine, docked with a 6-speed robotized transmission with two clutches and drive system on all 4 wheels (Haldex coupling is a fifth generation).
Compared with the standard model, the novelty has received increased by 16 mm ground clearance (171 mm total) and a protective kit of unpainted plastic bodywork on the perimeter.
The standard equipment list entered climate control, ESP, fog lights and 17-inch wheels. Optionally available heated rear seats, power tailgate door, parking assistant, bi-xenon headlights and rear view camera.
Normal version station wagon sold in Russia in two versions with 1.4-and 2-liter engine with 110 hp and 180 respectively. The cost of the most affordable “Octavia” is 644 thousand rubles.
